Brian in a nice set-up position for a clean.
Lookin' good, Brian. Awesome set-up position. I can tell that your hamstring are getting longer and much much stronger since you first picked up a bar. Nice work.

His upper back is absolutely not in a good start position for any lift. Chest out, be proud, be tall... get more tension in this back :-)! (Easier said than done.)

Josh first of all, you have no idea where Brian STARTED. When he came to us he could not do a full squat and for him to be able to get into this set-up position is a huge accomplishment. Trust me WE watch our clients form and there is NOTHING wrong with his set-up position. For HIS Body that is the best starting position FOR HIM. Remember NOT EVERYONE is the same, people have different restrictions and limb lengths.
