Popped into the local gym in my hometown (Crossfit Beaumont) for a WOD.
3 Rounds for Time of-
25 KB Swings (35#)
25 Box Jumps (20")
Followed by max # of thrusters w/o dropping the bar.
Done in 15:08 w/ 11 thrusters.
