Huge congrats to Mark for winning the Paleo Challenge! Great job to everyone who participated!
I hope you all got a chance to really learn and experiment during this challenge. 8 weeks of eating Paleo-ish foods isn't so bad now is it?
Mark did practically a 180 with his diet, went paleo-zone and started CrossFitting hard the full 8 weeks of the challenge. Not only do we see a huge physical change but his performance improved tremendously. 8 weeks ago he had zero kipping pull-ups, now he's in the 20's, he got his muscle up and just snatched 110#! He's getting stronger, faster AND leaner!
